I got this one up in Canada just like the one yesterday. I’ve seen a lot of these ice cream pint style noodle cups lately from China… I like them they’re pretty neat. Unsure who Mr. Meng is, but I found it at the Osaka Market in Yaohan Centre up in Richmond, BC. Now, let’s give it a go.
Mr. Meng Tomato Egg Instant Noodles – China

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything to the cup and add boiling water to fill line. Cover for 5 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo organic mung bean sprouts and spring onion. Noodles hydrated very nicely – soft with a chewy vein in the center. Broth has a very flavorful tomato taste to it and a light oiliness. It does impart a good heartiness, and the included egg bits really add something special. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.
