This one was sent by Nongshim America – thanks again! Tonkotsu is a Japanese style ramen, usually a creamy pork rich broth. This one is boasting an added spiciness which sound interesting. Not only that, it’s a microwavable variety. Let’s see how it tastes!

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains fish and pork. To prepare, add room temp water to fill line along with powder sachet contents and microwave for 4 minutes at 1000W. Add in liquid base sachet. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, spring onion, Lao Gan Ma Spicy Chilli Crisp, nanami togarashi, barbecue pork, egg, sesame seed, and pickled ginger. Oh man – we got a winner here. Noodles came out of the microwave just right – just wonderful. The broth though. It’s a very rich and luxuriant spicy tonkotsu – perhaps one of the most agreeable I’ve ever tasted. Great noodles, fantastic broth. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 031146053414.
