Here’s the second of the Boys & Girls varieties I’ve found up in Canada. The first was a tomato and egg one which was truly excellent. Let’s see is a spicy beef will follow suit.
Boys & Girls Steam Noodle Tomato & Egg Flavor – China
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything in and fill to line with boiling water. Cover for 4 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Unsure what these are although I’ve encountered them before – tofu skin?
Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, spring onion, egg, beef sauteed with soy sauce, sesame seed, and Singaporean chili crisp. The noodles came out soft and very nice. Gauge is unique and a good chew. The broth is very savory – the heat is from Sichuan pepper, however it’s not an overload. Little bits floating throughout. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.
