Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Unsure if it’s meat free – check for yourself. To prepare, add noodles and seasoning to a bowl. Add 180ml boiling water. Cover 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, flower fu, tempura, egg, sesame seeds, and shichimi. The noodles are great – initially they’re quite chewy and then fall back to soft. The broth is a tasty one – reminds me of the sweetness from fried tofu you’d find in kitsune udon. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars.
