I’ll be honest – I really don’t know for sure where this one came from. I’m going to guess Uwajimaya but I could be totally wrong on that. Either way, noodles, yakisoba sauce – usually something good comes of this combination! Let’s find out.

The noodle block.
A dry sachet of yakisoba seasoning.
A mayonnaise sachet.
Loose bits from the tray.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, narutomaki, beef sauteed in soy sauce, kizami shoga, kizami nori, sesame seeds, spring onion, and shichimi. The noodles came out great – nice chew on them. Quantity was pretty insane. The flavor was a standard yakisoba – a kind of Worcestershire sauce hit to it. The mayo makes it a little more lubricated and rounds things out. 4.75 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4904511004471.
