The konjac noodle pouch.
A dry seasoning sachet.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added kizami nori, narutomaki, shrimp, spring onion, shichimi, and black sesame seeds. The konjac noodles is quite possibly the best gauge I’ve tried yet – very thin with a little extra width. The flavor is a kind of buttery one which seems more atune as a seafood than a shio, but I can see it both ways. Definitely a win for the low cal crowd. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.
