Hey this sounds neat – but what are Trolley Noodles anyways? All I can surmise after doing some research is that Trolley Noodles are akin to cart noodles. Basically, hawker style. Let’s open this laksa flavor variety up and take a look!
Sau Tao Laksa Flavour Trolley Noodles – Hong Kong
Detail of the lid (click to enlarge). Contains shrimp. To prepare, add noodles to bowl and cover with boiling water for one minute. Drain. Add sachet contents. add 300ml boiling water. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added shrimp, fish ball, tofu puff, coriander, pepper flake, and Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts. The noodle reminds me of a nice and stalwart yellow noodle – thick and with a good mouthfeel. They lavish in a bath of very savory laksa broth which is tasty as it is pretty.
