Today, we come to the end of this Meet The Manufacturer series of Thien Huong products. I want to thank John and C&T Produce Wholesale for sending over the samples and participating in this, the first ever Vietnamese spotlight series. Now, let’s give this beef variety a try and wrap things up.
Vi Huong Beef Flavor Instant Noodles – Vietnam

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in everything as well as 400ml boiling water. Cover for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added beef sauteed with garlic powder, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, egg, spring onion, Thai basil, sesame seed, and chili flake. The noodles came out nicely with a great gauge and mouthfeel. The show stopper here is the broth which has a very good beef flavor to it. A great depth to this broth, very rich and flavorful.
