Igarashi Seimen Miso Ramen – Japan
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add noodles to 550ml boiling water and cook for 4 1/2 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chashu, sesame seed, spring onion, kizami shoga, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, La-Yu chilli oil, and shichimi. Noodles had a distinctly strong chew for ones that seemed so thin – and ones that had been cooking for over 4 minutes for that matter. Nonetheless, they weren’t bad! 3.75 out of 5.0 stars.
