Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu, narutomaki, kizami shoga, spring onion, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, egg, shichimi, chili oil, and sesame seed. Noodles have a nice chew to them – definitely a more premium mouthfeel thank your average instant.
