Today, we come to the fourth and final review of the Myojo USA Meet The Manufacturer on their Ramen range. Just got back from the store – got some vegetables to dress this one up a little – let’s check it out!
Myojo Ramen Vegetarian Shoyu – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Mentions it’s vegetarian friendly. To prepare, boil 4 cups water in a pot and 1 1/4 cups water in a different pot. Cook noodles for 2-2 1/4 minutes. During this, add one sachet of soup base to the 1 1/4 cups water, combine, and add to a serving bowl. Drain noodles, and add to bowl and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added kizami nori, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, spring onion, egg, orange bell pepper, corn, and tomato. Noodles in this one were on the thinner side, however had a nice chew to them. Broth had a nice oiliness and a shoyu taste to it which was pretty good. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars.
