Here’s what they had to say about this one: ‘We’re excited to introduce you to this brand new ramen, which is not only delicious, but very fun to make! The smooth noodles go well with the chicken based shoyu broth. Enjoy the rich and savory chicken taste , along with garlic and pepper. Topping are egg, flavored minced chicken, and scallions. Don’t forget to add the tamago (egg) topping just before you eat – simply squeeze it out of the packet over the hot noodles and enjoy the fluffy soft-boiled egg!’
Weird – a sachet of egg goo? Alright – let’s give it a go!

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains chicken and pork. To prepare, add boiling water to line and cover 3 minutes. Add on liquid garnish. Finally, stir and enjoy!

The noodle block.
Loose bits and seasoning from the cup.
A sachet of tamago topping.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts and spring onion. The noodle was just weird; chew was off for the gauge. The broth was lackluster as well – a salty kind of thing going on that just didn’t strike me with the word shoyu being something I’d use to describe. Then the tamago goo. Very chemically; no doubt to handle the fact that it’s practically raw egg yolk. Then there’s the fact that it just tasted like salty butter and mayo. Just not my thing. 0.75 out of 5.0 stars.
