I really have to give it to Noodles Accompanied With Happiness – their packaging is really nice. The photo doesn’t fully get the vibrancy in color of the packaging – really nice. This variety is a wider gauged Taiwanese dry noodle – let’s give it a try!

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle for 6~7 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!
The noodles have a thinner outside edge and a thicker vein down the middle.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, fried onion, scallions, pepper flake, sesame seed, and cihicken. The noodles are broad and thick with a very nice chew to them. They cradled the sauce which was very different. Sweet and almost a tomato bump to it, but I don’t think that was tomato. Whatever it’s good – really good! 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.
