Here’s what they had to say about this variety – “Have you ever had a chicken wing in Japan? If you haven’t yet, you can experience how the legendary Phantom Chicken Wings tastes in your own home! Sekai no Yamachan is a very popular izakaya chain restaurant in Japan, and was established in Nagoya in 1981, becoming Nagoya’s favorite destination when you crave chicken. The signature chicken wings have been enjoyed not only in Japan but Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, and Malaysia as well.”
Let’s give it a try.

A dry base sachet.
A wet sachet.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added baked chicken, spring onion, pepper flake, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, La-Yu chili oil, and sesame seed. Noodles are a nice thin gauge for this one – they get a nice color and slip well with the oil concoction. The flavor is very good – lots of herbs and spices linger with a hint of heat. A very good non-standard yakisoba. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4901734039655.
