Finished (click to enlarge). Added boiled stir fry beef, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, sriracha, spring onion, star anise, and chili flake. The rice noodle is very soft and has a nice mouthfeel. The broth really brings notes of cinnamon and anise well – good stuff. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 074601025670.
