Well, here’s the last of my Nissin India products. Sad to see them end but it’s really been fun. If you happen to work for Nissin India, please contact me? Heck, if you’re with any instant noodle company in India – I’d love to review all your products. I foresee some happy day doing a top ten Indian varieties list! But until then, here’s the last of the Nissin stuff I found at India Supermarket in Bellevue, Washington.

Export stickers (click to enlarge).
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Has a green dot which denotes safe for Vegetarians, but check for yourself. To prepare, add noodle block to 230ml boiling water and cook 1 minutes. Add in one sachet contents and cook 2 more minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!
One of the four noodle blocks.
The four sachets of soup base.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added cashews, fried garlic, pepper flake, and coriander. Noodles have this neat filminess and subtle crumble that’s very much the way of Indian instant noodles. The broth ends up more like a gravy. The masala flavor is very good and works well. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8901014002047.
