This one’s a shio (salt ramen) with some mention of a girl group with 46 members.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu, egg, narutomaki, Lao Gan Ma Spicy Chili Crisp, spring onion, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, shichimi, chili oil, and sesame seed. Noodles hydrated well and tasted good with the broth. The only complaint I have about this one is that the meat didn’t hydrate just right and so that was a downside. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars.
