So what’s gan jajang? Well, jajang (or jjajang) is a black bean sauce. This one (gan) means ‘dry,’ so it’s a dry black bean variety. Let’s check it out!
Wang Gan Jajang – South Korea
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains tuna and squid. To prepare, add flake sachet and noodles to the bowl. Add 1/4 cup water and microwave at 1000W for 90 seconds. Add in oil sachet and sauce sachets. Finally, stir and enjoy!
