Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodles for 3 minutes in 500ml water. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Lao Gan Ma Spicy Chili Crisp, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, spring onion, marinated egg, narutomaki, pepper flake, and sesame seed. Noodles have a strong tooth and round gauge. Mouthfeel is on point. The broth is a slight thick spicy tonkotsu – not extremely spicy, but just enough to let you know it’s spicy. 4.25 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4979397600048.
