Finished (click to enlarge). Added sardines, egg, narutomaki, chili flake, spring onion, and sesame seed. I really wanted to like it, however buckwheat soba just ain’t my thing. The broth had a shrimpy and sweet kind of bump to it, and some kind of odd shrimp bits floaing around. Not my fave. 2.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4901071246174.
