Here’s another one that arrived on ice from Taiwan. Trying to get a couple out at a time since they’ve invaded our freezer – I’ll add happily to that statement. They’ve been so good up to now and guessing they’ll all be good – at least I hope so.
By the way wanted to mention we did a 5k (click to enlarge) around where we live – was a lot of fun! We usually walk a lot more than 5k when e do our outings, but it was a community thing and we got medals! Nice to get out while the weather’s still nice. On to the noodles!

Detail of the back of the package (click to enlarge). Unsure if it’s meat free – check for yourself. to prepare, pour about 300ml of water in the pot and heat up until boiling. (Volume could be adjusted according to your preference. Put a sauce bag and a piece of noodle into boiling water. Stir gently until noodle gets apart – about 40-60 seconds. Finally, enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu, narutomaki, corn, egg, sesame seed, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, shichimi, and spring onion. The noodle is just excellent – nice chewy ramen with a thick gauge. The broth is a very meaty miso – full of flavor and very delicious. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4712366991071.
