Mom’s Dry Noodle Scallion & Sichuan Pepper – Taiwan

Unsure whether this one’s meat free or not – check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodles for 6 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added hard boiled egg, chashu, spring onion, pepper flake, and sesame seed. Noodles are just perfect – the perfect tooth, gauge and mouthfeel. Second to none.
