This is an interesting one insofar as it has some English text but no name. I can only guess it’s shrimp – maybe tom yum. Let’s find out.
Du Du Non-Fried Instant Noodles Shrimp Flavor – Thailand
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Unsure if it contains meat – check for yourself. To prepare, put noodle and seasoning powder into a bowl. Add 400ml boiling water and cover 5~7 minutes. Add fried shallot, chili paste and meat. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added shrimp, coriander, sesame seed, and pepper flake. Rice noodles did pretty well and only got better. Broth has a very spicy sharp edge to it with a nice shallot bump. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8857124179035.
