Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodles in 500ml water for 3 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added soft egg, narutomaki, chashu, sesame seed, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, scallions, and shichimi. The noodles are nice – a good instant which seemed like a non-fried but pretty sure these are fried. The broth has a nice flavor which leans towards a shoyu but it’s certainly not that.
