Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodles in 550ml water for 5 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added narutomaki, soft egg, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, spring onion, shichimi, chashu, and sesame seed. The noodles are thick and flat and impart a very nice chew to them. The broth is a spicy one, but what I liked a lot was the thickness.
