This one’s made in Japan, however it’s definitely for sale in the United States and so that’s why it’s getting that country at the top. I found this at a local grocery store this morning and have been thinking about giving it a try. Well, today’s the day – and it’s going to be a post featuring the 1001st episode of Instant Noodle Recipe Time – one probably very hurried as my kids are doing online schooling and everything is such a rush with what I do these days. It will be interesting to look back at this time in our lives. Hopefully somewhat findly, but with some relief. Let’s check this one out.
Muso Organic Ramen Shoyu – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Says it’s Vegan friendly but check for yourself. To prepare, add noodle block to 500ml boiling water and cook 4 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!
Looks like a non-fried noodle block.
A liquid soup base sachet.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added marinated egg, chashu, sesame seed, chashu, chili oil, narutomaki, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, and spring onion. Noodles were quite good – excellent chew on these. The broth tasted like a decent shoyu – not as oily as I usually like, but all in all a nice bowl. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 845172000492.
