This one’s very interesting. First, it’s made in South Korea. Second, it’s a seafood pho – something I don’t think I’ve ever seen before. Let’s give it a try!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, shrimp, carved squid, coriander, pepper flake, and sesame seed. The rice noodle came out nicely – soft and plentiful.
