I found this at the Asian Family Market on Aurora, north of Seattle. It was my first venture in a car in two months!!! Let me explain.
So a couple of months ago, my wife is on her way to work. She’s turning into the parking lot and a car coming the opposite direction plows into the passenger side way up front by the wheel (which incidentally knocked the wheel off the car). It did a lot of damage – a lot. Well, it took them two months to fix it, but it’s fixed finally. Went to two Asian markets, and a couple other places. For me, going to an Asian market is at LEAST a weekly thing, so it was kind of torture that was alleviated yesterday.
Anyways, these are made by Jin Mai Liang in China. Let’s check ’em out!
Fan’s Premium Instant Noodles With Stewed Beef Flavor – China
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in sachet contents and fill to line with boiling water. Cover for 5 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

The noodle block.
A sachet of dry soup base.
A paste sachet.
A sachet of dry vegetables.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added sauteed beef, coriander, pepper flake, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, marinated egg, and black sesame seed. Noodles are flat with a soft texture. They’re unique in that they’re a little thick. The broth is a nicely oily beef flavored one – not overly salty, either. Very impressed with this one. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6921555538760.
