Found this one at Evergreen Asian Market up in Everett, Washington. I don’t often make my way that far north for instant noodles but I did find one or two things there (including Chocolatey Tree Stumps). This one is made in the Russian Federation for the US market – even says on the label which I find interesting. Anyways, let’s check this one out!
Han Ramen Noodle Soup – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in sachets and fill to line with water. Microwave at 1000W for 5 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added marinated egg, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, sauteed beef, black sesame seed, spring onion, and crushed red pepper. Noodles came out great. Soup has a deep reddish color and a strong flavor. Possibly the thickest ramyun style I’ve tried. The flavor is very tangy, much like a tomato and kimchi beef taste along with a nice spiciness. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 850017089068.
