Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, barbecued pork, spring onion, sesame seed, and pepper flake. At first, I thought I prepared this one incorrectly, but I believe I did it the way it should be. The noodle hydrated perfectly in 5 minutes. Soft tooth and good quantity. The soup was indeed sour and packed a lot of flavor in there. A fascinating variety, to say the least. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars.
