This one might look a little familiar. This is a shrimp version of Sapporo Ichiban’s popular shio ramen, this time with white shrimp which is popular in Toyama prefecture. Let’s check it out!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added marinated egg, narutomaki, spring onion, shrimp, sesame seed, and shichimi. Noodles came out about as expected.
