It’s tonkotsu time! The other varieties by this company have been good , so hoping this one follows suit. Let’s check it out!
Daisho Nagahama Yatai Ramen Mild Tonkotsu – Japan
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodles in 450ml water for 2 minutes. Add in sachet. Finally, stir and enjoy!
Two servings of noodles.
Two dry sachets of soup base.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added marinated egg, spring onion, narutomaki, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, sesame seed, Lao Gan Ma spicy chilli crisp, and chashu. Great noodle – really enjoyed them. The broth is a creamy one which kind of puzzles me a bit. On the look, it’s tnkotsu. On the taste, I could see it marketable as creamy chicken. It’s very tasty, but something is a little strange here on the delivery and misses the mark slightly. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. Jan bar code 4904621070625.
