This was a nice score! Found it at a local market called Imran’s Market over in Lynnwood, WA – actually it may have been Everett. Either way, this place has some neat varieties. Let’s see how fiery this one is!
Kolson Noodle Doodle Fiery Chatpata Flavour – Pakistan
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free. To prepare, add in sachet contents and fill to line with boiling water. Cover for 4~5 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

The noodle block.
Detail of the sachet (click to enlarge). A little story on it – that’s kind of cool.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion. The noodles were alright – standard chew on them. The broth though was quite nice, however ‘fiery’ was definittely not the term I would use to describe it. Tangy, sure – but not evoking fire whatsoever. I was bummed – all ready to do a mukbang and it fell short of any discrernable heat. 3.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 671866277464.
