This one looked interesting when we were out noodle hunting a few weeks ago. I’m in the mood for interesting. I’m also feeling a little loopy today – allergies and I got my second Pfizer shot. Let’s do this.

Detail of the back of the package (click to enlarge). Unsure whether it contains meat – check for yourself. To prepare, add everything to a bowl and 500ml boiling water. Cover for 8~10 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy! You can also cook it in a pot – add everything in and add 1000ml water. Cook for 5 minutes – stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion and sesame seed. The noodle was alright – neat texture on it. A lot of vegetables – I think the potato like one was taro perhaps, and lots of lotus bean pod slices.
