The last one of these I tried was just excellent and I’m guessing this one will be good as well. The goose oil really add a lot of richness to the noodle which is nice. Let’s see how it goes! I’ll also be using a special sauce they included when they shipped these – Mullet Roe sauce. They said it’s the same style as caviar! Let’s check it out!

The noodle block.
Looks like soy sauce.
A sachet of goose oil.
The crispy shallots.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg yolk, mullet roe caviar, sesame seed, scallion, and crushed red pepper. The noodle is very good – excellent chew and gauge. They’re round in shape and have a nice mouthfeel. The flavor is a nice soy and scallion oil affair. I should mention the mullet roe caviar paired rather nicely – it has a very rich flavor which was tasty. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4711106930011.
