Finished (click to enlarge). Added sesame seed and scallions. This is by far the classiest chicken noodle I’ve had in my years of reviewing. The noodles are soft but have a nice gauge and feel which fits well with the broth. Oh – the broth. Yeah. Holy moly! It’s super tasty – and had something I’ve never seen before: chicken bones! Yeah – like a couple big bones from a chicken wing! Don’t worry – not little tiny bits. The chicken pieces in there are really good. I figure the bones stew and bring out more flavor. I would say this is the most homemade tasting variety I’ve had – oh, and the liquor gives a neat little bump of taste which works incredibly well. Just thrilled about this one – amazingly good. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4717011158588.
