Another one found at the nearby 99 Ranch Market in Edmonds, Washington. That place really holds a dear place in m heart – that’s where my interest in the instant noodle really was rekindled back in 2010 when we moved about five minutes away. There should be a plaque. Finished (click to enlarge). Added marinated egg, spring onion, Chinese sausage, crushed red pepper, and sesame seed. Noodles are light and plentiful an hydrated nicely.
