This one’s the hottest of the three varieties offered in the new Nissin Fire Wok range. The first two were moderately spicy, but this one’s supposed to the the be all end all. Thanks to Nissin’s First Taste Club, this showed up a few weeks back – always appreciated! Let’s give it a try!
Nissin Hot & Spicy Fire Wok Molten Chili Chicken Flavor – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains chicken. To prepare, add in dry sachet contents and room temp water to line. Microwave for 5 minutes at 1000W. Let sit an additional minute. Now you add the fire sauce sachet. Finally, stir and enjoy!
Detail of the lid (click to enlarge).
The noodle block.
A sachet of dry seasoning.
A dry sachet of vegetables.
A small sachet of fire sauce.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added a sprig of cilantro. Noodles came out alright. They’re a little thick with a soft nature. Sauce slathers everything – lots of mushy vegetables. The heat? It kicked my ass handily – I mean I finished it off, but there was a decent heat level to endure, that’s for sure. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 070662095034.
