Finished (click to enlarge). Added marinated egg, green onion, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, chashu, sesame seed, narutomaki, and shichimi. The noodle came out like a standard fried noodle – nice gauge and tooth to it. The broth was a nice traditional miso with a lovely color and richness to it. The noodles receive 3.5 out of 5.0 stars, and the broth 4.0 out of 5.0 stars respectively. Miso UPC bar code 073899836203. Noodles UPC bar code 8801052058889.
