Kimchi noodles – and they’re from Vietnam. I don’t see a lot of Vietnamese varieties cross my desk lately, so this will be nice. Let’s check it out!
Vifon Kim Chee Flavor Instant Noodles – Vietnam
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in everything and 400ml water. Cover for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added dumplings, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, black sesame seeds, and spring onion. Noodles hydrated well and had a slight brittleness which reminded me more of Thai variants. Broth had a nice tangy kimchi flavor to it and little bits of vegetables that were good. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 851683004522.
