Was nice how Thai Chef sent everything in cup and pack versions – lots of varieties to go through! Cups and packs usually are a lot different. Let’s give this duck flavor variety a try – in a cup!

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in sachet contents and boiling water to fill line. Cover for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, baked chicken, marinated egg, black sesame seed, crushed red pepper. Noodles have a nice thin and crumbly gauge indicative of Thai variants. The broth has a nice spiced kind of bump to it – really wish I had some duck to put in there. I love duck.
