This one was sent during the great noodle drought of 2021 – long story short, I ran out of noodles and asked folks to send anything I’ve not reviewed. By the way – this is made in Japan, however it’s packaged for the US market. Was surprised I’d not tried this one! Let’s check it out!
Menraku Japanese Ramen “Tonkotsu” Taste – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in sachets and fill to line with boiling water and cover 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added homemade chashu, marinated egg, narutomaki, sesame seed, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, and spring onion. The noodles are (as usual) not my favorite, however not too bad. The broth has a nice milkiness and good flavor, however it seems kind of akin to a creamy chicken.
