Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion, marinated egg, homemade chashu, sesame seed, pepper rings, and Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts. Noodles came out pretty well – a little on the soft side. The broth has a nice flavor to them, but nothing I would consider spicy in the least. However, there were a lot of bits of meat in there which was really goo. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4901990369008.
