Here’s what they have to say about this one – ‘A summer exclusive ramen that combines the flavor of “Sapporo Ichiban Shio Ramen” with the flavor and acidity of Setouchi (Japan Inland Sea) lemons. These lemons have grown a reputation in Japan for their refreshing juice and Sapporo Ichiban uses 50% of that lemon juice from Setouchi for a limited-time ramen. The noodles have a firm and supple texture and are a good fit for the soup. The acidity of the lemon combined to a salty soup with onion, garlic flavored vegetables, and spices enhances the umami of chicken and pork. A small dash of olive oil elevates it all to give you a hint of Mediterranean breeze blowing to the Japan inland sea. It’s a refreshing cup of noodles perfect for summer! ‘
