This one looks to be a dipping soba like zaru soba, but with a green tea kind of hit to it. Let’s delve deeper and find out – is it a cold noodle perhaps?
Itsuki Green Tea Soba – Japan
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Unsure whether it contains meat – check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodles for 4~5 minutes. Drain. Rinse with cold water. Add contents of one sachet with 50ml water. Finally, stir sauce, dip, and enjoy!
