Here’s one that came in a Zenpop.jp box – use coupon code THERAMENRATER for a groovy discount!
Here’s what they have to say about this one – ‘Kamikita Agricultural Processing Co., Ltd. (commonly called KNK – Kamikita Nousan Kakou), is a Towada City based company, in Aomori Prefecture. Their popularity comes from the use of their local ingredients to create a unique seasoning representative of the northern Aomori Prefecture. They’ve partnered with Myojo Foods to develop this tasty cup of ramen in their Charmera series.
As the rumor has it, this cup ramen is a stamina-based miso ramen, which comes with a rich flavor and a punch of friend garlic! Both, the onions and garlic are harvested in the Kamikita area of Aomori prefecture, and now freshly served in your cup.
The other ingredients include cabbage, minced meat, sesame, garlic, chilimins, pork and chicken. The noodles are fried and slightly curled, which is a relatively thick texture. They go perfectly with the strong aromas from these noodles, and are a pleasure to eat.’
I’m not sure what chilimins are, but this cup with a long name sounds particularly interesting. Let’s check it out!

The noodle block.
A wet sachet attached to the lid.
Loose seasoning and bits from the cup.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added homemade chashu, marinated egg, spring onion, Thai basil, sesame seed, and narutomaki. Noodles were alright – floppy and standard. The broth was alright but nothing to write home about really. There were slices of garlic present which was enjoyable, but the rest of the show was kind of dull. 3.0 out of 5.0 stars.
