Finished (click to enlarge). Added marinated egg, chashu, mung bean sprouts, spring onion, sesame seeds, and narutomaki. Noodles were pretty good – nothing to write home about. The broth was quite good – a miso with a bump of curry. As for the ‘addictive bean sprouts,’ they were crisp, yet not exceptional. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4901701247256.
