This is a special range made in Japan for the US market. Fancy stuff, too. I’ve tried this range when it was labeled Umami Miso but they’ve dropped the Umami from the recently. Been about 5 or 6 years I think since I tried this one. Different? We shall see. Let’s check it out!
Nissin Raoh Miso Flavor Ramen Noodle Soup – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains fish. To prepare, boil noodle block in 2 cups water for 4 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added marinated egg, mung bean sprouts, homemade chashu, spring onion, and sesame seed. Noodle was very good – nice premium tooth. The broth was a rich miso flavor – detected perhaps notes of black pepper? Tasty stuff! 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 070662500026.
