Here’s one I found at Asian Family Market on Aurora near Shoreline. Pretty rad place to find neat new stuff to review. Never seen this Artisan branding before – let’s check it out!
Artisan Chongqing Style Noodles – China

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in all sachets and boiling water to line. Cover for 5 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

A sachet of dried vegetables.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added chicken, Lao Gan Ma Spicy Chili Crisp, spring onion, sesame seed. Noodles are thin in gauge and soft chewing. The broth is nice and full, with a good oiliness. The Sichuan pepper flavor is there, but not overwhelming. A good well rounded and not-too-overbearing variety. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars.
