It’s really great when I get something from Indonesia – it happens so infrequently! Some of my favorites are from Indonesia and some are from this brand, Best Wok. This is a variety I’ve not seen before – looking forward to trying! Let’s hit it!

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains crustaceans. To prepare, boil noodle for 2~3 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added shrimp, coriander, lime, scallion, black pepper, crushed red pepper, and sesame seed. Noodles came out great – nice. The flavor was a black pepper a seafood one with hints of cumin I believe. The pepperiness was just on point as can be – not overwhelming but well behaved.
